How do I become a part of the FrogHouse team?
It's an application and interview process. You must be a sophomore to apply for next year's team. Application process will start March 3, 2008.
Habitat 101:
Does Habitat give the homes away for free?
No. Habitat is a hand-up, not a hand-out. We sell the homes for no profit and finance the sale with a no-interest loan.
Does Habitat charge interest?
No. All loans are zero percent. This makes the homes affordable - the average monthly house payment is between $370-$450,including taxes and insurance.
How do you qualify for a Habitat Home?

- Ability to pay
Generally have not owned a home in the past three years. Must complete 300 hours of "sweat equity", working on their home, other Habitat homes and projects. Must earn between 30%-70% of the median income.
What is Trinity Habitat's service area?
Tarrant, Johnson, Parker and Wise Counties.
